At Comfyray Fragrance, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our simple returns and refund process allows you to exchange or return eligible products under the following conditions:

Unopened & Unused Products – Any unopened or unused perfume can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase.
In-Store PurchasesItems bought in-store must be returned to the same store by the customer.

Online Purchases – For online orders, returns can be logged through our online platform. Once logged, our courier will arrange collection of the item.
Non-Returnable Items – Gift cards, sale (archive) items, samples, and free gifts with purchase cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Opened or Used Products – Any product that has been opened, tested, or no longer in its original sealed condition will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges – Customers exchanging items may choose from our full product range, including gift cards. If the new item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded onto a Comfyray Fragrance gift card.

Satisfaction Guarantee Limitations – Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to products that have already been returned once and are not in their original condition.
Delivery Charges. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing – Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, Comfyray Fragrance will process your refund via your original payment method within 5 working days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 working days for the funds to reflect in your account.
